Saturday mornings done right! Chia seed porridge with @midascupofficial, apples, blueberry & cinnamon.. topped with a bit of coconut yogurt.. feeding the body so that the mind can produce the goods today...
- 1 x apple, chopped into pieces
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of your preferred mylk
- 1 tsp midas cUp
- Yoghurt - we like coconut
- 1/s tsp cinnamon
- Add all ingredients, except cinnamon, to a saucepan, on medium heat, stirring consistently until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and formed a porridge
- Serve in a bowl topped with yoghurt and cinnamon
