Saturday mornings done right! Chia seed porridge with @midascupofficial, apples, blueberry & cinnamon.. topped with a bit of coconut yogurt.. feeding the body so that the mind can produce the goods today...

Chia Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1 x apple, chopped into pieces
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup of your preferred mylk
  • 1 tsp midas cUp
  • Yoghurt - we like coconut
  • 1/s tsp cinnamon

Method:

  • Add all ingredients, except cinnamon, to a saucepan, on medium heat, stirring consistently until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and formed a porridge
  • Serve in a bowl topped with yoghurt and cinnamon

Enjoy.
