Did Someone Say Turmeric Rice?

Coconut & turmeric rice, to be precise.

Firstly, yum.

Secondly, so easy!

Turmeric Rice


  • 1/2 cup of rice, your preferred
  • 200mL coconut cream (or milk, if you want something lighter)
  • 1 Tbs of midas cUp


  • Cook rice as you would normally
  • In the last 10 minutes, add coconut cream and turmeric to pan
  • Bring back to a simmer, continue to cook, stirring occasionally

This makes the most delicious side to any dish. Even the kids love it!
