Coconut & turmeric rice, to be precise.
Secondly, so easy!
- 1/2 cup of rice, your preferred
- 200mL coconut cream (or milk, if you want something lighter)
- 1 Tbs of midas cUp
- Cook rice as you would normally
- In the last 10 minutes, add coconut cream and turmeric to pan
- Bring back to a simmer, continue to cook, stirring occasionally
This makes the most delicious side to any dish. Even the kids love it!
