Ingredients:

  • Carrots
  • 1 Tbs of local honey
  • 1 tsp midas cUp

Method:

  • Grill carrots on skillet or fry pan, sprinkle honey and midas cUp. Leave for 3 minutes. 
  • Turn and grill on other side.
  • So easy and so delicious.

 

TIP: Always use local honey to boost your immunity and natural histamine response. Local honey = local bees = local flora. Goodbye hay fever.
