We're into all things health, and that includes snacking, which is a huge part of the daily ritual here. Did you know you can add midas cUp to protein balls? Making them not only a healthy snack, but upping your antioxidant intake as well.

Protein Balls Recipe

Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of your preferred nut butter, we chose almond
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs goji berries
  • 2 tsp midas cUp
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling

Method:

  • Add nut butter, honey, and dates to food processor. Mix till well combined and sticky, add goji berries, combine
  • Add oats, chia and flax to another bowl combine, then add wet mix. You may need to use your hands here
  • Roll into balls and roll in coconut
  • Store in the fridge
