midas cUp is the perfect addition to roast vegetables, making this winter warming side dish all the more nourishing.
- Your favourite winter veggies, we chose potatoes, carrots, shallots, parsnip, fennel, sweet potato and turnips
- 2 tbs olive oil
- Herbs - we like thyme
- 2 tsp of midas cUp
- Chop all veggies into desired sized chunks
- Put in a large mixing bowl, add oil, herbs and midas cUp, mix well
- Lay evenly in a deep baking tray and roast at 200ºC for 40 minutes, turning half way
Yum. Eat on their own, or use as a side dish with protein.
