Which this smoothie is pretty much nailing. 

Oh She Glows Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 medium sized frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp midas cUp turmeric superfood blend

Garnish:

  • 1 tbsp Tiger Nuts
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • or whatever you choose, I also recommend goji berries (for the extra antioxidant hit) 

Method

  • Process all ingredients in a blender
  • Serve in a large glass
  • Garnish 
  • Enjoy
